You can configure Lampi AI to join only specific meetings based on your preferences.
Configure join settings
In your meeting menu, you have the possibility to set Lampi AI to join only meetings you want. This setting will apply to all your meetings.
By default, Lampi AI is set to auto join all meetings.
You can change this by choosing one of your preferred options from the dropdown menu on the right of your screen, and Lampi AI will join your meetings accordingly:
- Join all meetings: The meeting assistant attends all meetings in your calendar.
- Join all accepted meetings: The meeting assistant attends all meetings you have accepted.
- Join meetings I organize: The meeting assistant attends all meetings you host.
- Join meetings manually: The meeting assistant attends when manually added. Lampi AI will join the meeting only when you manually invite it by adding the address e-mail to the meeting invitation or if you add it directly from the Upcoming Meetings space on right area of your meeting space.
The Upcoming Meetings space shows meetings scheduled on your calendar.
It integrates with your calendar to display your scheduled meetings, allowing you to easily configure which meetings you want Lampi AI to join and record.
Your upcoming meetings are displayed with a toggle that shows whether Lampi Ai will automatically join the meeting or not.
This toggle is based on your setting. If the toggle is gray, it indicates that Lampi Ai will not join that meeting.
Note: Lampi AI can detect and show upcoming meetings from the Google or your Microsoft Teams calendar, connected to your Lampi AI account. If you schedule a meeting on other platforms, and do not add the meeting link to your synchronized calendar, Lampi AI will not be able to detect and show those meetings. You need to add the meeting link to your synchronized calendar.
