Didn’t receive the meeting transcript and summaries? There can be several reasons for not receiving the meeting transcript:
Check your settings
If your settings are configured to "Join when invited", Lampi AI will not join your meeting unless you manually invite it. In this case, you will not receive the meeting transcript.
Check the status
The meeting might still be processing. Transcripts typically take five to ten minutes to process after the meeting ends.
Note: You might see the transcription before the AI-generated summaries. Please allow some time for the processing of the summaries. Summaries are generated by our AI agents and are treated as tasks. These tasks are managed sequentially. The generation of summaries might depend on the completion of other tasks. This could cause a slight delay depending on workload on the AI agents.
What to do If transcription progress is stuck?
If everything appears to be in order, and you still haven’t received the transcript, it could be due to a processing delay or another issue.
