  • We do not use your data, searches, inputs or outputs to train models.

  • We isolate all customer instances from each other.

  • Your data flows are fully containerized per workspace.

  • We encrypt your data in-flight using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

  • We encrypt your data on disk.

Easily verify the sources of answers

Generally speaking, when using conversational AI, the answers provided are not justified. Ask ChatGPT to provide the source of the information it has given you, and it will certainly reply that its training as an AI model includes access to a wide range of texts and documents covering such topics.

However, in your daily work, it is important that the information provided by the model is verifiable. For example, if an analyst receives financial information from a model, it is always preferable to be able to check the reference of the original study. Relying blindly on the results of a model does not currently allow such validation.

Lampi systematically provides the origin of the information, as well as the ability to read the embeddings used in the semantic search.

Solve the hallucination problem​

AI content generators often create hallucinations – false information outside of the raw, factual data - they make stuff up. These hallucinations lead to inaccurate and misleading responses.

Lampi addresses this problem through Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), allowing to provide contextualized and fact-based answers. By focusing on facts and reducing hallucinations, Lampi enhances trust in AI-powered solutions.

Even in RAG applications, hallucination issues remain a challenge and we advise to always check the sources of the information.
