Transcribing your offline meetings is straightforward with Lampi. Follow these detailed steps to ensure your meetings are captured accurately and efficiently.
In Lampi interface, access the "Audio/video" space where you can access all your previous meetings.
In the top right corner of your screen, click on the button "Record live audio". This will open a new tab designed for recording live audio.
In the newly opened tab, you will see a simple interface with a recording indicator. Click on the button to begin recording your meeting. Ensure your microphone is properly connected and positioned to capture all participants clearly.
Proceed with your meeting as usual. Lampi will record all audio, capturing every detail of the conversation.
Once your meeting is concluded, return to the recording tab. Click on the "Stop" button to end the recording.
Save your record.
After stopping the recording, the audio file will be processed.
Lampi's voice recognition system allows identifying all participants, who will be designed as "Speaker 01", "Speaker 02", and so on, in the transcription.
The recording from your offline meeting will appear as a new meeting similar to those where you invited Lampi.
Position your microphone centrally to ensure it captures all voices clearly, especially in a multi-participant meeting.
Choose a quiet environment to minimize background noise and enhance the clarity of the recording.
Conduct a brief test recording to check microphone functionality and recording quality.
