Once you have accessed your meeting transcripts and summaries, as indicated in How to access my Meeting transcripts and summaries?, you can easily share your meeting by clicking on "Share" at the top right of your screen.
Once you click "Share," you can:
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the meeting with, click on "Add" and "Send".
Send the meeting to all participants by clicking on "Send to all attendies".Copy the share link by clicking on "copy share link".
Copy the access link to share it.
You can also set the meeting privacy settings to share the recap to:
Public: This link can be shared with anyone, including individuals outside your company, allowing them to access the specific meeting space.
Private with password: you can set also a password to avoid unauthorized access.
The unique link provides access only to the specific meeting space you have shared. This ensures that the recipient can view and interact with the information related only to this meeting. Recipients will not have access to other meeting spaces or any additional information within your account unless explicitly shared.
