How to share my meeting transcripts?

Learn how to share your meeting notes.

Once you have accessed your meeting transcripts and summaries, as indicated in How to access my Meeting transcripts and summaries?, you can easily share your meeting by clicking on "Share" at the top right of your screen.

Once you click "Share," you can:

  • Copy the share link by clicking on "copy share link". The link is automatically copied to your clipboard. This link can be shared with anyone, including individuals outside your company, allowing them to access the specific meeting space.

  • Automatically share transcripts and summaries with all participants by clicking on "Sending an email with the shared links to all the attendees

  • Un-share your meeting (in case you shared it) to remove all access by clicking on "Unshare".

The unique link provides access only to the specific meeting space you have shared. This ensures that the recipient can view and interact with the information related only to this meeting. Recipients will not have access to other meeting spaces or any additional information within your account unless explicitly shared.
